All prices include VAT in accordance with applicable EU legislation.

- Currency conversion rates are automatically updated.
- Your bank or payment provider may apply additional exchange fees beyond our control.
Payment
We accept Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, VISA Electron, Diners Club and MobilePay.
Payment is only captured once your order has been shipped.

Right of Withdrawal - 14 Days
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To initiate a return, simply contact us at info@sophies.dk and include your order number.
Returns
Items may be returned either in-store or by shipment.
- Returns in-store (Sophies Tøjhus): Free of charge
- Danish return label DKK 39
- DE return label EUR 14,95
Unclaimed parcels returned to us may be subject to a handling fee.
Condition of Returned Items
Items may be tried on as you would in a physical store.
Returned items must be:
- unused
- in original condition
- with tags attached where applicable
If an item shows signs of use beyond normal fitting, a partial refund may apply.
For hygiene reasons, opened or tried tights and socks cannot be returned.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and approved.
Please allow a few business days for processing depending on your payment provider.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the purchase date and are delivered electronically via email.
Complaints & Legal Warranty
All purchases are covered by a 2-year legal warranty under EU consumer law covering manufacturing and material defects.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
To submit a claim, contact info@sophies.dk with:
- order number
- description of the issue
- photos of the item
Liability
Sophies Tøjhus ApS cannot be held liable for indirect losses, delivery delays caused by third parties, or circumstances beyond reasonable control (force majeure).
