How much does delivery cost?
- Free shipping to parcel shops for purchases over 499 kr.
- Orders under 499 DKK will be subject to a shipping fee of 39 DKK. You also have the option to have the package sent directly to your address for 49 DKK.
What is the delivery time?
Orders are delivered within just 1-2 business days.
All items are sent as parcel post with GLS. We send parcels every weekday at approximately 12:00.
Can I pick up at your store?
If you live near our physical store in Aarhus (Sophies Tøjhus), you can also choose pickup when you place an order on the webshop. That way, you are assured of the item when you arrive.
Do you get Track & Trace?
Once your order has been packaged, you will receive a Track & Trace number via email, allowing you to follow the package's journey to you.
