How to return

Return via shipping - 39 kr.

1. Visit return.shipmondo.com/sophies-dk to purchase your return label.

2. Pack the return package and attach your delivery note.

3. Print your label or show the QR code sent to you at the parcel shop. They will then print your label for you.

4. Put your label on the package and drop it off at your preferred GLS ParcelShop. Remember to get a receipt.

5. You will receive your refund within 7 banking days of receipt.
